Our CrossFit Teens program is designed for teens ages 12-19. Teens will learn the functional movements of CrossFit and exercise together in group classes alongside adults.. CrossFit teens follow the same programming as the adult classes. Movements and weights are scaled appropriately for each teen. Classes consists of a group warm-up, skill/strength work, a workout (WOD). Your teen will learn to become stronger both physically and mentally.
Our CrossFit Kids program is designed for kids ages 6-11. Children will learn the functional movements of CrossFit and exercise in an environment that is safe and fun! A typical CrossFit class for kids is between 50-60 minutes long. It consists of a group warm-up, skill work, a workout (WOD), and a CrossFit game. Your child will love the positive and nurturing environment of CrossFit Kids at ReVamped.
Our CrossFit Tots program is designed for kids ages 3-5. Children will learn the functional movements of CrossFit through play! A typical CrossFit Tots class is between 40-45 minutes long. It consists of various games and challenges that will get your little one moving. Your tot will love the positive and nurturing environment at CrossFit Tots. This class is offered once each year.
