Class DescriptionS

Daily WOD (workout)

Group classes are for people who have gone through our Basics Course or who have completed a Fundamentals Course at another gym.  

Conditioning

ReVamped Conditioning is a 30 minute class held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30pm-6:00pm each week. This class primarily uses body weight movements. If you are new to CrossFit you CAN attend this class without taking our Basics Course. Come jump in! 

CrossFit Kids

This program is for children in grades K-6th. Students will learn the fundamental CrossFit movements as well as participate in CrossFit games where they will have fun while exercising. 

Faith & Fitness

On the last Saturday of every month we hold a thirty minute Bible study. Everyone is welcome to come to this Bible study and stay for a free CrossFit class from 10am-11am. No prior CrossFit experience needed.

PASS Class

Join us in the spring for our Power/Agility/Speed/Strength class.  If you are new to CrossFit you CAN attend this class without taking our Basics Course. Come jump in!
