The CrossFit program involves constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements. CrossFit uses a variety of functional movements like squats, push-ups, pull-ups, cleans, deadlifts, etc. These natural, primal, multi-joint movements are used in everyday life activities. Our workouts change every day and we emphasize proper form throughout class. We focus highly on technique and safety with all movements that we teach.
Secondly, we are dedicated to nurturing a close-knit community. Everyone supports one another during workouts and friendships are strengthened daily. This is the foundation on which we build our community.
